Due to the nature of using recycled materials AD Custom Metal Art LLC, the Artists and its partners are not responsible for illness, property damage and/ or injury which may be sustained on or off the premises from the products handled and/or purchased. By purchasing the product or products, the customer understands that they assume all present and future responsibility and liability.
Additionally, we kindly remind our valued customers that paid items must be picked up or scheduled for local delivery within 30 days of purchase for in store items. Items purchased at our pop-up “Mobile Store” locations must be picked up by the end of our posted scheduled event day & time. Failure to do so will result in the return of the item(s) to AD Custom Metal Art LLC's inventory at the customer's expense.
All personal property left at the AD Custom Metal Art LLC Workshop or Mobile Store locations are at the customer’s own risk.
